When will my order be shipped?

•https://ssgs.store orders are typically shipped within 2 - 3 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Typically, our products are delivered within 5-10 business days if you live in the United States and within 10-15 business days if you live in Canada. Click on the tracking number in the order confirmation you received to see the exact journey your order took from us to you.

Do you offer a free shipping policy?

•Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of more than 1 item. You can make this selection under the Shipping section during checkout. Your order is shipped within one business day of placement and typically arrives within 2-3 business days of the order date. However, this does not apply to orders placed on holidays, on Fridays after 4pm PST, or on weekends. In these cases, your order will be shipped the next business day. You will receive tracking information immediately after shipment.

Where can I find my tracking number?

•The tracking number will be in the email or SMS order confirmation you received. You can also find it under Order History in your account. If you can't find it, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
